We have worked twice with Rene of Quick Solution Pools and both times been highly satisfied. He first installed a new pool pump and, most recently, repaired a complex pool leak. We found him to be very responsive and professional. He communicated every step of the way, and now I no longer need to watch the water level drop in my pool.
Quick Solution Pools has been a huge upgrade from my previous service. When they stepped in, the pool and spa had long-standing chemical imbalances that were causing bigger issues like calcium buildup and even metal being leached into the water. I recently purchased a house and had the team from Quick Solutions Pools come out and get it ready for the last bit of the summer.
The rejuvenation of the pool was a solid 35% cheaper than the competitors. They cleaned and de algaed the pool. Balanced the chemistry. Checked the various systems (salt chlorinator, pool sweeper, heater, etc).
I thought they did a very thorough job. I also got the sense they weren't trying to upsell me on solutions.
I have a busted salt system - they made a recommendation and allowed me to think about it with no pressure. A busted sweeper which they diligently tried to fix a couple of times.
On the maintenance weekly - a VERY VERY thorough job and well priced too.
I needed to replace a failed pool pump with a new one I had purchased from amazon. Quick Solution Pools person came on Saturday, understood the issue easily, and did the needful at a good price. No issues. Fully recommend them.
